SHIPPING & HANDLING
After you have confirmed your order, you will receive an OTP to further verify your order and identity. Once the order is confirmed and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details which include the total before and after shipping charges, tax application, the product number, and your tracking number so you can easily track your parcel. For Cash on Delivery, please make sure that you pay the rider before opening the package.
You can exchange your product(s) to the closest retail store within 7 days of receiving the package. Please note that the product must be unused, no tags should be removed, packaging should be in its original condition and you must make sure to carry the original invoice. Please note that any items purchased during the sale are not subject to return or exchange unless there is a size issue and if the product is still in stock. We will only refund or exchange a product if it is defective or the product purchase is wrong. Keep in mind that the lighting we use is different for photoshoots so the colour or texture of the product may vary; you cannot exchange the product for that reason.
We follow a strict No Refund policy and it may only be possible in exceptional cases in case of shortage of product or if the product is out of stock. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment that was used to make the purchase initially. You will be credited most of the refund amount including applicable taxes except for shipping charges. Please allow up to 7 days for the processing of returns and billing cycles for the credit to appear on your system.
You can cancel your order anytime before it is processed. Once the order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant order details including the tracking number so that you can track your shipment. In any case, the product goes out of stock after you have placed your order; Haya Mystique will cancel the entire order and provide you with a refund within 7 days time.
